• Details you submit through our diagnostic or contact forms: your name, email, business name, business type, the challenges you select, and any message you write.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as device type and pages viewed, used to keep the site running and improve it.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare for a discovery call.
• To understand which services are most useful to visitors.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Booking calls

Discovery calls are scheduled through Google Calendar. Information you enter there is handled under Google's own privacy policy.

Storage and retention

Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider and are only accessible to the CappTech team. We keep them only as long as needed to work with you, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information you've shared with us at any time by reaching out through our contact page.
